Dashboard Introduction

“Dashboard” in these docs means the Upwell web application as a whole — the workspace you sign in to, where your AP and AR work lives. This page describes how that workspace is laid out.

Where you land

Signing in takes you to your home page, not to a summary screen. Each user has their own home page setting, and new users start on Receivables, so the first thing you see is a working list you can act on rather than a set of tiles to read. From there, everything is reached from the sidebar — see the Navigation guide for what each section contains.

Analytics

Reporting beyond the working lists is available as an embedded analytics view powered by Trevor. It is controlled by a feature flag, so it is not switched on for every organization — ask your Upwell contact or support@upwell.com if you want it enabled.

Purpose: Deeper, embedded business intelligence and reportingKey features:
  • Interactive data visualizations and reporting
